Another pop-up exhibition for one week, this time just off Brick Lane at 145 Bethnal Green Road, London. The exhibition ran from Oct 25th to the 31st.
I've written an article for yngspc.com after visiting the exhibition 'Slippage: Performative Utterances in Painting' at Post Institute / Von Goetz Art in Brixton. The exhibition featured work by Konrad Wyrebek, Martine Poppe, Lucas Dupuy, Mike Ballard and Ry David Bradley.
I was invited to exhibit with a group of artists at 'Art Coop 3' in the spacious Reigate School of Art building at East Surrey College. I'm exhibiting a selection of collages and prints. The exhibition is open Mon-Fri 10am-4:30pm, Saturday 10am-2:30pm and runs until 20th April.
One of my pictures, 'Junk Mail 02', has been selected by Jordan Baseman for the Creekside Open 2017 at APT Gallery in Deptford. The exhibition is open Thur-Sun 12-5pm until May 28th.
Very excited to say that I’m having my first solo art exhibition, ' Junk Mail & Cereal Packets', at a cafe called 'Too Many Cooks’, near London Bridge.
It’s a really nice place; great coffee, tasty food and it has big, exposed brick walls which I’ll have all to myself.
The cafe is geared around feeding and watering the local offices, so it’s only open in the week. Luckily, the exhibition will coincide with the Easter hols. The cafe is 5 minutes walk from Tate Modern so a great place to stop off if you’re having a day on the South Bank.
The exhibition begins Wednesday 22nd March and lasts for a month.
I've followed Art & Craft to West Norwood where they've recently opened a new shop. I have some of my 228s up alongside some rather more celebrated artists. Well worth a look if you're local - I think it's all for sale.
If you're ever near Streatham Hill, pop into Art & Craft: Super friendly people, lovely beer (and wine) and there's lots of interesting art up on the walls. Two of my 'Portrait' pieces are currently up behind the beer tanks where you can't miss them!
